Having an effective and efficient health system and a usual source of care has considerable impact on access and utilization of health care services. To better understand how to address the inefficiencies and challenges within the health system, as well as significant shortages of health professionals and insufficient access to preventive care, Trust grants support several research projects and evaluations:
