Since 1985, The Colorado Trust has worked closely with nonprofit organizations in every county across the state to advance the health and well-being of the people of Colorado. The Trust continues to support a number of long-term programs that advance the health and well-being of Coloradans by integrating and coordinating health services, reducing racial and ethnic health disparities, immigrant integration, and more.
